Using all of the latest, up to the minute technology and supported by "Verified Visa" and "Mastercard Secure Code" schemes and SSL certified ensuring that all card details are securely encrypted allowing you to shop safely with us online.
Once your order is placed , you will receive a confirmation email containing an order number, please keep this number as a reference if you need to contact us. We would recommend that you check over your order details at this stage to ensure it's correct. Please call or email us if you discover any errors at this stage.
You have a period of 7 working days (excluding bank & public holidays) from the date you received your order in which to notify us by email of your wish to cancel your order and in which to post back your return. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
IMPORTANT: You will receive a packing slip with your order- please ensure that this is enclosed with your return as it contains vital information such as your order number. In the event that no packing slip was received then please ensure that the following information is enclosed with your return: receipt, order number (if you did not order online then date & method of order), contact details inc. daytime phone number & reason for return. If this information is not enclosed with the return then we will not be able to process the return.
We strongly recommend that you send your return using a trackable service such as Royal Mail Recorded as we cannot accept responsibility if we do not receive the return.
If you believe your product to be faulty or incorrect you must please inform us by email as soon as you receive the order within the 7 working days period. In this case, we request that you return the faulty product (again within the 7 working day period from when you received it) along with an explanation of the alleged fault including your packing slip (or full contact details & order number). Once agreed that the product is faulty, we will replace the item/s or refund the cost of the goods onto the same card that was used to process the order within 30 days. we will also reimburse any reasonable postage costs incurred to you by returning your order providing you are able to furnish us with a receipt for this.
In the case that you are returning the goods for any reasons other than faulty or incorrect: We can only accept returns on goods that we receive back in a resellable condition, in the original, undamaged packaging and that have not been opened or used in any way. You must post back your return within the 7 working days period from when you received it.
We do not refund postage costs on goods being returned for change of mind or incorrect choice on the customers behalf. Once we receive the returned goods in what we believe to be an unused and resellable condition, we will replace the item/s or refund the cost of the goods excluding any postage costs onto the same card that was used to process the order within 30 days. You will be charged for extra postage costs prior to us replacing your item.
Notification of Changes to our Policies:
Our policies may be revised on occasion, for this reason we recommend that you regularly check our policies each time you visit our site as we are unable to notify you personally of any alterations.
We respect our Customers' privacy and will never knowingly disclose your details to third parties without your consent.

We post on weekdays only (Monday to Friday).
Guaranteed next day deliveries do not include Saturdays or Sundays.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, we will endeavour to post out that same day (depending on stock availability).
If you require a Saturday delivery, please call us at the shop before 2pm on the Friday to request this along with costs and we will be able to confirm whether it is possible.
Delivery conditions apply from the date that we confirm we have succesfully posted your order.
Delivery costs are dependant on weight which will be calculated and the price displayed at checkout.
If any products ordered are not in stock, you will be advised by email along with the estimated timescale (normally between 7-10 working days) and where applicable will be given the option of any suitable alternatives..
Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday may not be posted until the next working day.
Once your order is processed you'll receive a second email confirming when your order will be posted.
Please Note: We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address as all our parcels require a signature on delivery. Please contact us directly if you need an order delivered to a PO Box address to check options.
We are unable to post any hazardous products outside of the U.K. All hazardous products are noted as such on our website.
Please Note: Orders being posted outside of the EU will pass through customs and may be subject to duties & taxes which are decided by the receiving countries customs. These charges are the sole resposibility of the recipient.
