The glycerin content acts as a natural humectant drawing water from the lower levels of the skin to impart a softness and deeply moisturise the complexion so it isn't left feeling tight or dry.

It stands for Vitamin C, Sunscreen and Vitamin A. The regime is to apply Vitamin C in the morning, Sunscreen in the morning and a Vitamin A (retinol/retinal) in the evening. This should be seen as a basic 3 step plan that can be adapted to include various extra steps suited to your skins particular needs.
