It stands for Vitamin C, Sunscreen and Vitamin A. The regime is to apply Vitamin C in the morning, Sunscreen in the morning and a Vitamin A (retinol/retinal) in the evening. This should be seen as a basic 3 step plan that can be adapted to include various extra steps suited to your skins particular needs. It's a great place to start from if you're new to skincare and looking to start a regime but are overwhelmed with all the advice and choices.
Key benefits of Vitamin C : It's an exceptional anti oxidant helping protect skin from free radicals and external aggressors. Essential in the synthesis of collagen.
