This Brow Filler pencil has a cleverly shaped, slanted tip that allows you to use the flat side to fill in and add colour and definition to the brows whilst the very tip can be used to draw in really fine lines to help create the illusion of fuller brows and fill in bare areas.
The built in spoolie helps to then blend the colour through the brows whilst grooming them into the desired shape resulting in a professional, defined and filled eyebrow.
The advanced formula blends easily and is water, humidity and smudge proof for up to 24 hours providing durable, long lasting results that need no touching up through the day.
