To achieve a really opaque result for defined, artistic designs, apply just a small amount in one thin, even stroke using a flat synthetic brush like the Cozzette P370. While the product is still damp/freshly applied, use the brush to gently nudge the glitter into place and remove/tidy up any unwanted areas.
If you are looking for a lighter coating of glitter over a larger area (eyelid), simply tap it on using your fingers.
