We appreciate the challenges of trying to colour match so these samples will assist with not only finding your shade, but also to test out the beautiful formula and how it works with your skin before commiting to the full size.

These samples do appear very small, but concealer formulas are concentrated and often just a small amount is enough for application. These samples are professionally portioned in line with pro use allowing for accurate shade and coverage testing rather than extended wear or application beyond what the formula is designed for.

We include enough product for you to test across different areas of the face, but when choosing your sample, it’s important to consider the level of coverage you need and the type of formula:

Some formulas like this Take Cover Radiant oncealer are lightweight and natural looking, ideal for brightening and evening out skin tone while others are more highly pigmented or designed for fuller coverage, making them better suited for correcting deeper discolouration or more defined areas.

Coverage isn’t always determined by texture: modern, lightweight formulas can be highly pigmented and deliver impressive coverage, while richer textures may still require more product to build intensity.

Advances in formulation mean some skin like, lightweight concealers now offer surprisingly high coverage though for more intense discolouration, a corrector or camouflage cream may still be needed.

It is notoriously difficult to decant a concealer but we believe that the sample will provide enough for a couple of applications, it is deceiving as we are decanting into a pot that is much larger than the amount of product contained within, there is also the challenge of getting it from the narrow opening and swiping it into the pot itself, so it may just look like a small smudge but rest assured it will be quite a few full loads onto the applicator which is then swiped into the pot.

Concealer formulas can begin to set once decanted, so we advise using your sample as soon as possible.

Samples are intended for colour matching and not to replace product, with this in mind we limit to 1 of each shade.
